What is this extension kit used for?

This kit is used to add more lighting inside a compatible HAVOX HPB photo studio. For example, a HPB-40D can be upgraded into a HPB-40XD-style lighting configuration by adding this extra LED set and power supply.

Does this replace the complete photo studio?

No. This is not a complete light box. It is an upgrade kit for users who already own a compatible HAVOX HPB-D photo studio.

Will this kit help reduce shadows?

The main purpose of this kit is to increase brightness and improve light distribution inside the studio. For shadowless bottom lighting, HAVOX also offers a dedicated LED light panel.

Which model should I choose?

Choose the kit that matches the size of your existing HAVOX photo studio: KIT HPB-40 for HPB-40D/40XD, KIT HPB-60 for HPB-60D/60XD, KIT HPB-80 for HPB-80D/80XD, KIT HPB-160 for HPB-160 and KIT HPB-200 for HPB-200.

Can the LED bars be installed vertically?

On HPB-40, HPB-60 and HPB-80 studios, the LED bars can be installed horizontally or vertically thanks to the metal structure. For HPB-160 and HPB-200 booths, vertical installation is not intended in the same way.
